High-Pressure Valve for Electric Propulsion
Aedus develops advanced high-pressure valves for the flow control of noble gases or chemical propellants. Pressures and flow rates may be adjusted to specific customer requirements. Rotating Detonation Engine (RDE) Development Activities
Advanced combustion chamber technologies are developed in collaboration with partners, covering material selection, thermal modelling, and validation of thermal barrier coatings. These activities focus on improving durability, lifetime, and reusability through innovative coating solutions. Aedus contributes to fuel nozzle design and development, with a focus on efficient GH₂/GO₂ mixing through optimized injector geometries to enhance combustion performance and system efficiency. The company also participates in the development of next generation health monitoring technologies for propulsion and fluid systems, supporting solutions that improve reliability, predictive maintenance, and operational safety for future reusable space propulsion platforms.
