Rapid Microfluidic moulding technology
Traditional microfluidic chip fabrication can take months or years, slowing down the development cycle. We are developing a rapid moulding technology process that compresses this timeline to just days, enabling fast iteration and early testing. We produce high-fidelity moulds that replicate fine channel geometries with excellent surface quality, compatible with various polymer substrates. This approach bridges the gap between early prototypes and pilot production, allowing us to validate designs quickly and at a cost -effective way before committing to large-scale manufacturing.
Automated soldering and desoldering process development
We develop fully automated soldering and desoldering workflows that combine precision heating with advanced vision systems. Our processes place and remove components with high accuracy, reducing defects and enabling efficient rework of dense circuit boards. We design custom tooling and thermal profiles for each application, ensuring repeatable results across production runs.
